My experience in catering started as a boy of twelve helping my dad in the back of the chip shop he ran. At the age of sixteen we were able to acquire our very own chip shop, which led to a lifetime in what we now call the Foodservice Industry. We started a number of chip shops and fast food outlets over the next years and began to develop many of the sauce products we now manufacturer commercially.
We quickly discovered that sauces were an added value product, we already had a loyal customer who already loved our food and also wanted to buy our sauces.
